Format & FAQs

How the program works (and the questions parents actually ask).

Before you invest time, money, and emotional energy into any parenting program, you deserve clarity. This page explains the format, the time commitment, what you’ll receive, and answers the most common questions parents ask us before joining.

Program format

Built for busy homes, not perfect routines.

You don’t need long lectures or complicated theory. You need short, focused classes plus ready-to-use tools you can apply in real moments—tantrums, bedtime, meals, school mornings, screen negotiations, and anxiety spikes.

  • 20 structured modules that cover the most common early childhood mental wellness and behaviour challenges.
  • Approx. 30 minutes per module—watch live (if scheduled) or recorded at your own pace.
  • Parent-friendly language—neuroscience and psychology translated into simple actions, scripts, and routines.
  • Handouts & WhatsApp scripts for each topic—so spouses, grandparents, caregivers and schools can stay aligned.
  • Lifetime access to recordings for your household—so you can revisit modules as your child grows.
  • Limited batch size (for live cohorts) to keep Q&A practical and real—not generic.

Questions parents ask

Frequently asked questions.

If your question isn’t covered here, you can message our team directly— details are at the bottom of this page.

Which age group is this program for?
The core content is designed for parents from pregnancy up to 6 years. That’s the window where the brain is most “shapeable” and parenting has the highest impact. Many tools (especially around emotions, behaviour and screens) are also useful for older children, but our examples, milestones and scripts are built around the 0–6 stage.
Do I need a psychology or medical background?
Not at all. The program is designed for real parents. We take concepts from neuroscience and developmental psychology and translate them into clear steps you can use the same day—with examples, scripts, and “what to say when” guidance.
Can both parents attend? What about grandparents?
Yes—and we strongly recommend it. Parenting works best when the child experiences consistent responses across the home. That includes parents, grandparents, caregivers, and nannies. You’ll also get WhatsApp-ready scripts and handouts that make alignment easier.
Is this program a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?
No. The Unhackables Parenting Program™ is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. Think of it as a powerful home upgrade: it improves daily routines, emotional safety, and behaviour support—which often strengthens outcomes alongside professional care.
What if my child already has a diagnosis (Autism, ADHD, etc.)?
Many families in the program have children with different neurodevelopmental profiles. You’ll find modules that cover speech & language, developmental delays, early signs, attention concerns, sensory sensitivities and more—always with a focus on what you can do at home while working alongside your professional team.
How much time will I need every week?
Most parents spend 1–2 hours per week—including watching a module and applying a few small changes. You’re not expected to “fix everything at once.” The program is built around tiny, realistic steps that compound over time. You can go faster or slower based on your schedule.
Is there homework or assignments?
No school-style homework. Instead, every module ends with small action steps: one script to try, one routine to adjust, one behaviour to observe differently. These are designed to fit into busy homes—because consistency beats intensity.
Can I join if I live outside India?
Yes. Many parents join from outside India. The principles are universal, and the tools work anywhere. Some examples may be India-specific (school culture, family dynamics), but the system is designed to be adaptable. The program is currently conducted in English.
Will I get 1:1 consultation inside the program?
The primary design is structured parent education through modules, not 1:1 therapy. In live cohorts, there are Q&A segments where common situations are addressed in depth. For individual consultations, you may be guided to separate services if that’s what your situation needs.

Still have a question before you join?
